Hi. I'm Frank.
Your engineering leader

Software engineering for me is a craft, one honed through years of practise in the pursuit of excellence.

“I can say without hesitation that he was one of the most grounded, people-centered leaders I've ever worked with.”

Alison Darcy, Founder of Woebot Health

I build and grow engineering organisations, developing individual contributors into senior and staff engineers.

I ship things. Personal projects are how I stay current and explore what AI-assisted development can actually do.

I design systems that are reliable, maintainable, and fit for purpose — including regulated healthcare contexts where correctness is non-negotiable.
